November Snow!?! In Memphis?!

No way! We've got snow tonight! It has only snowed in Memphis in November 3 times since 1875 (so I'm told). Will there be school tomorrow? We've got 3 schoolkids watching the sky and holding their breath to find out!

This has confused Sophia to no end. Since June she has been asking, "When WILL Santa be here?", to which I always reply, "Santa won't come until it snows," because, it's a sure bet in Memphis that that won't happen til after Dec 24. So when she saw her first snowflake, Sophia turned to Michaela and said, "Let's go to bed! Santa is coming tonight!" As if Christmas Fever hadn't caught on in our house, now it's in full swing.
